Attesting a Master’s or PhD Degree
It is not possible to attest a Master’s or PhD degree without first attesting the Bachelor’s degree. Mosadaqa works in sequence:
- For a Master’s degree — we must first attest your Bachelor’s degree, then your Master’s
- For a PhD degree — we must first attest your Bachelor’s, then your Master’s, then your PhD

Non-UK Degrees — What Happens?
If your Bachelor’s degree was issued outside the UK, we can still arrange Mosadaqa attestation. In some cases, the Saudi Cultural Bureau may require additional steps:
- Legalisation from the issuing country — verification from the education ministry or foreign affairs office of the country where your degree was issued
- Embassy attestation in that country — in some cases, attestation by the Saudi Embassy in the country of issue may also be required
- Translation — certified translation of degree and transcript if not in English or Arabic
