The terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between Continental Visa and the client(s) in relation to the services ordered.

The client(s) refers to the person who places the order either in their personal capacity, on behalf of a business/organisation, or on behalf of another individual(s).

Persons under the age of 18 should not use this Website, or should do so only with the supervision of an adult. Payment information must be provided by, or with the permission of, an adult.

By placing an order with Continental Visa (whether by post, email, verbally, or online), the client(s) are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. For online orders, a mandatory tick box confirming acceptance of these terms must be selected before the order can be submitted. For other methods of ordering, the terms and conditions are available on the website, and it is understood that placing an order confirms acceptance.

  1. General

1.1 Continental Visa will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of the client’s order, in line with the provided instructions and agreed quotation.

1.2 Timescales quoted begin once we receive both your order and payment, and exclude delivery time back to your recipient. Delays outside of our control (e.g., FCDO unable to verify a document, embassy closures for local holidays) may occur. Clients will be informed of such delays by email.

1.3 We will treat your documents and information as confidential, but may disclose them to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), consulates/embassies, subcontractors, and agents, as necessary to perform the services. Disclosure may also occur where required by law, where already held prior to providing services, or to professional advisers under confidentiality obligations.

1.4 Clients must ensure they have the legal right to provide documents or information to Continental Visa, in compliance with intellectual property, confidentiality, contractual obligations, and data protection laws. Clients agree to indemnify Continental Visa against any liability arising from a breach of this provision.

1.5 We may, acting as your agent, delegate services to third-party contractors, including sub-contractors. Their charges will be paid on your behalf and recharged to you, together with our fees.

1.6 While we take care in selecting third-party contractors, we accept no responsibility for their acts, errors, omissions, delays, or services provided.

1.7 You consent to us sharing necessary information and documentation with third-party contractors to enable them to fulfil their work.

1.8 We may not retain full copies of processed documents, unless explicitly requested in writing by the client. Once services are completed, copies are sent to the client and removed from our systems.

1.9 No warranty or liability is accepted by Continental Visa, its staff, or agents for impartial advice or information provided. Such advice is not legally binding and must not be considered legal advice. We are not liable for losses, damages, or loss of business, however caused.

1.10 Except where prohibited by law, Continental Visa is not liable for:

  • indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
  • loss of profit, revenue, or business
  • business interruption
  • depletion of goodwill

1.11 We are not liable for delays or errors caused by government, consular, or diplomatic offices.

1.12 We are not responsible for breaches of these terms or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, power failures, war, subcontractor issues).

1.13 If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us. Complaints will be dealt with fairly and we will work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome.

2.7 Where transfers occur, we will ensure privacy protections are in place as required by law.

2.8 Personal data will be retained as necessary for service provision and compliance, and may be stored securely on encrypted facilities.
